1. The subject of this contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste collected in the areas of military complexes administered by the 18th Infantry Division. Military Economic Division, divided into four tasks:

An integral part of the Terms of Reference is a list of non-segregated municipal waste collection, a list of selectively segregated municipal waste collection and a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, which is an auxiliary element in determining the price for the service provided by the contractor.
