The purpose of this consultation is to award a multi-award framework agreement to purchase orders and subsequent contracts for the maintenance and works of heritage managed by Grand Lyon Habitat for the plastering/painting/insulation state body.

This contract constitutes:

— a multi-attribute framework agreement governed by Articles L. 2125-1; R. 2162-2 paragraph 1; R. 2162-4 to R. 2162-8; R. 2162-10; R. 2162-12 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code.

The multi-beneficiary framework agreement breaks down for a part into a framework agreement which will operate on the reopening of competition and will give rise to subsequent contracts and a part in a framework agreement with the issuance of purchase orders issued as and when needs.

A contract with revisable unit prices will be awarded.
