Equipping BVG's own advertising systems in bus stops
The BVG equips advertising showcases in selected waiting halls with its own advertising motifs in the Berlin city area. For this purpose, a service provider is sought who carries out all essential activities/processes that affect the production and equipping with advertising motifs.
The individual waiting hall has one or more advertising systems. The advertising systems, in turn, have one or more advertising spaces (showcases).
BVG currently owns 3,347 advertising spaces within Berlin.
The 3,347 advertising spaces are regularly stocked. The service consists in the production and installation of the corresponding posters:
• Dimension: 1190x1680_hoch
• Printing: 4/0 color; 4c Euroscale + 1/1 dispersion varnish silk matt (solid surface) as minimum standard
• Appropriate paper quality in thickness and texture for a high-quality poster for up to 6 months, minimum standard: paper/material: 150 g/m², poster paper with white back
• Optimisation of the paper quality is desired by the BVG and possible after consultation with the BVG.
Print templates as PDFs come from the BVG. The print release is carried out in digital form by means of a digital proof.
A replacement is planned every 2 months, whereby usually 1,200 are posted or replaced. With 1,200 posters, 4-6 different motifs can be assumed. Depending on the occasion, however, (partial) exchanges are also possible between these months. Full replacement must be ensured within a maximum of 5 working days. It must be ensured that, if possible, no poster motifs are duplicated at the stops if there are enough different motifs. The old posters must be disposed of properly. In the case of newly installed waiting halls, the advertising showcases must be stocked at short notice.
The contract is to be concluded for the period from 16.10.2023 to 31.12.2025 plus a continuation option until 31.12.2027 at the latest.
