The subject of the contract is the performance of services of directing bus vehicles in regular public transport in PKM sp. z o.o. in Jaworzno, determined according to the needs of the Ordering Party communication lines in the area of transport activities of the Ordering Party in a maximum amount of 3.238.500 carriage kilometres.

For the fulfillment of the contract, the Contractor shall refer drivers with specific legal qualifications to transport persons by public transport buses according to the following schedule:
1) From 01.02.2021 to 31.03.2022 per day at least 5 drivers to carry out transport work on working days.
2) From 01.04.2022 to 30.04.2022 per day at least 8 drivers to carry out transport work on working days.
3) From 01.05.2022 to 30.06.2022 daily at least 10 drivers to carry out transport work on working days, weekends and holidays.
4) From 01.07.2022 to 30.11.2022 per day at least 11 drivers to carry out transport work on working days, at least 10 drivers on weekends and holidays.
5) From 01.12.2022 to 31.12.2025 daily at least 12 drivers to carry out transport work on working days, at least 10 drivers on weekends and holidays.
The quantity of carts intended for the construction of carriage kilometres:
1) Year 2022: working days: 481,500 wkm weekends: 140,700 wkm holidays: 18,900 wkm
2) Year 2023: working days: 602,400 wkm weekends: 239,400 wkm holidays: 23.100 wkm
3) Year 2024: working days: 604,800 wkm weekends: 241,500 wkm holidays: 21.000 wkm
4) Year 2025: working days: 604,800 wkm weekends: 237.300 wkm holidays: 23.100 wkm
The subject of the contract should be executed in accordance with all provisions applicable to passenger transport in accordance with the Act on the working time of drivers of 16 April 2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1412) and the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (i.e. Journal of Laws of Laws of 2021 r. Section 919,1005) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the model contract which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.
