The City of Espoo and the City of Kauniainen (later also the Client) are asking for tenders for the maintenance of outdoor lighting.

The maintenance contract targets lighting connected to the public outdoor lighting networks of the cities of Espoo and Kauniainen, as well as lighting on public roads. The maintenance contract includes service cycles, on-call faults and warehousing, as well as additional and modification work.

Based on the tendering process, two (2) contractors and one (1) deputy supplier will be selected for the City of Espoo. One (1) contractor and one (1) deputy supplier will be selected for the City of Kauniainen.

The procurement has been carried out as a framework agreement in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts.

Orders in the City of Espoo are executed based on the order of priority.

The units of the City of Kauniainen place all orders directly from one contractor.
