this consultation concerns the carrying out of the various works relating to the implementation of the compensatory measures for the bypass of avesnes-sur-helpe. The service also includes the monitoring of this work and its effectiveness during the first année.il mainly provides for: - wetland-specific measures that aim to increase soil waterlogging in order to allow the restoration of the biogeochemical, hydrological and ecological functions of wetlands. These measures may be: - reduction or elimination of ditches ;- removal of drains;- conversion of environments into natural wet woodlands, reed beds or wet meadows;- stretching or disbursement of land in order to make the water table flush;- conversion of anthropogenic environments (wasteland, poplar grove) into natural environments;- implementation of a management plan to restore and maintain the desired environments; - measures specific to natural environments and protected species.- creation of edges;- restoration of riparian forests;- extensive management of hay meadow or grazed grassland;- fight against invasive alien species
