The City of Pori Waste Management (hereinafter also the customer) is responsible for the treatment of municipal waste generated on the properties of Eurajoki, Harjavalta, Kokemäki, Merikarvia, Nakkila, Pomarkku, Pori, Siikainen and Ulvila. The annual amount of combustible municipal waste generated is approximately 23,000 tonnes.

The City of Pori Waste Management is competing for the actual treatment of municipal waste transport for combustible waste for the following periods:

- June 1 - December 31, 2020

- Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2121

- Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2022

- Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2023

- Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2024

- Jan 1 - Dec 31, 2025

Tenders shall be submitted separately for each calendar year and shall be broken down by destination.

The Service Provider undertakes to provide the transfer services, even if the order is limited to a specific calendar year or the first six months. The City of Pori waste management reserves the right to reject all offers.

Approximately 13,000 tonnes (± 20%) of the municipal refuse is transported from the Pori transport loading station for treatment. Between 6,000 and 7,000 tonnes of waste will be delivered for recovery to Energiatie 5, Koivulahti and 6,000 tonnes (± 20%) to a destination to be specified. A preliminary estimate of the transport distance of the destination to be specified will be approximately 100-400 km in one direction.

Approximately 19,000-24,000 tonnes of municipal waste from the Pori transfer station is transported for treatment. Initially, 10,000-13,000 tonnes of waste will be delivered for recovery to Energiatie 5, Koivulahti and 10,000 tonnes (± 10%) to Voimakatu 11, Tampere.

Initially, 6,000 to 7,000 tonnes of waste will be delivered for recovery to Energiatie 5, Koivulahti, 10,000 tonnes (± 10%) to Voimakatu 11, Tampere and 6,000 tonnes (± 10%) to Helsingintie 541, Salo.
