An expansion is planned for Nygård School. The project primarily consists of the demolition of an existing building, erection of a new two storey + loft building, and renovation and reconstruction of the existing competence department.

The new construction is approx. 1 800 m2 (2 storeys + loft with mechanical room), and will be connected with the existing buildings that are 2 storeys. The new building will house classrooms and personnel rooms on the ground floor, and office premises for the administration on the first floor.

The project will be implemented as a turnkey contract (NS 8407). All executing and engineering design disciplines must be covered by the tenderer.
