Furesø Municipality's current agreement for the placement system expires in 2024 and Furesø Municipality therefore offers a contract for the delivery and operation of a new placement system.

The tender concerns the delivery and operation of a Place Assignment System (as a service) to Furesø Municipality.The contract includes the following main elements:• Implementation of placement system • Initial training• Operation and maintenance• Helpdesk and support Furthermore, options are included on:• Archiving• Extraction, validation and delivery of data to Statistics Denmark• Provision of management information• Exit (transfer of data at termination of the agreement). The estimated contract value for the total contract period (incl. options) is estimated to be DKK 7,500,000 excl. VAT. According to Statistics Denmark as of 1 January 2023, the population of Furesø Municipality is 42,079 inhabitants.
