Maintenance services and leveling of servo hydraulic load frames and associated equipment for the testing of materials in tension, compression, bending from 2 kN to 5,000 kN of DGA TA<
P xmlns="http://publications.europa.eu/resource/schema/ted/R2.0.8/publication">This project should make it possible to provide preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance, monitoring and configuration services for a set of load frames intended for the mechanical testing of materials in Tension, compression, bending of DGA Techniques Aéronautiques.

Most of these means use the high hydraulic pressure generated by a stationary power plant (mineral oil at 260 bar) supplying a network and generated by mobile systems (power plants, pumps) to control the cylinders or clamping jaws.

The initial fleet consists of machines with a range of 2 kN to 5000 kN. DGA TA plans to order preventive maintenance operations on around forty machines each year.

The scope of the services concerns different families of means for which the services will be provided:

· Hydraulic head frames and accessories: power plants, jaws, cylinders, blocks and hoses (Moog, MTS, Zwick,...).

The following services will therefore be performed by the holder under the ACC:

• Maintenance Engineering Support

• Technical rounds

• Preventive, corrective and evolutionary maintenance on BPU,

• Various services including post-market performance.

This draft contract is subject to the adapted procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L 2324-1, R 2324-1 to R 2324-3, R2361-8 to 12 of the French Public Procurement Code. The consultation file is available on SITE.

The maximum amount of the framework agreement is €500,000 excl. VAT.

This framework agreement includes both a firm share and other services that may be ordered by purchase order and subsequent contract, pursuant to Articles R 2362-1 to R 2362-8 of the Public Procurement Code.
