The Grangegorman Development Agency ("GDA") is seeking, in broad terms, a Works Contractor for the construction of Tranche 1 of the site infrastructure and public realm works at Grangegorman.

The delivery of the overall urban quarter will be phased in line with available funding. Tranche 1 is designed to develop the site infrastructure to facilitate the future campus build-out and to enable partial occupation of the site from September 2014.

Therefore, the public realm must contribute to a general atmosphere resembling an attractive, vibrant academic and healthcare campus at the conclusion of Tranche 1.

The Site Infrastructure and Public Realm Works - Tranche 1 works will involve interfacing with other on-going contracts on the site and phased handover of sections of the Works as deemed necessary to facilitate other contracts.
