2. The object of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from properties where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created, located within the Municipality of Nowa Dęba (it is appropriate to mean the area of the Town and the Municipality of Nowa Dęba).
The subject of the contract includes:
1) collection of mixed municipal waste code 20 03 01,
2) receipt of the following fractions of selectively collected municipal waste:
- paper, paperboard, packaging of paper and cardboard code 20 01 01 01 01, 15 01 01,
- glass, glass packs, code 20 01 02, 15 01 07,
- metals, packaging of metal, code 20 01 40, 15 01 04,
- plastics, plastic packaging code 20 01 39, 15 01 02,
- multi-product packaging code 15 01 05,
- biodegradable waste code 20 02 01 (green waste), biodegradable kitchen waste: code 20 01 08.

2. The object of the order is the collection and transport of municipal waste from properties where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created, located within the Municipality of Nowa Dęba (it is appropriate to mean the area of the Town and the Municipality of Nowa Dęba).
The subject of the contract includes:
1) collection of mixed municipal waste code 20 03 01,
2) receipt of the following fractions of selectively collected municipal waste:
- paper, paperboard, packaging of paper and cardboard code 20 01 01 01 01, 15 01 01,
- glass, glass packs, code 20 01 02, 15 01 07,
- metals, packaging of metal, code 20 01 40, 15 01 04,
- plastics, plastic packaging code 20 01 39, 15 01 02,
- multi-product packaging code 15 01 05,
- biodegradable waste code 20 02 01 (green waste), biodegradable kitchen waste: code 20 01 08.
3. Receipt of waste from the decommissioning of “wild dumps” for a written declaration by the Contracting Authority within three working days of the notification. NOTE — Cost of receipt
waste should be calculated in the Contractor's remuneration. The Contracting Authority shall give an estimate of the amount of waste collected during the decommissioning of the “wild dumps”. In the notification, the Ordering Party will determine the location of the waste collection. The amount of waste collected from the decommissioning of “wild dumps” in Nowa Dęba municipality was in 2018— 20.16 m3, 2019r — 12, 97 m3, 2020r — 25.55 m3, 2021r — 37 m3.
4) transport of received waste to the Regional Waste Processing Installation indicated in the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpathian Voivodeship, indicated
in the existing resolution of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship Sejmik on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpathian Voivodeship, i.e. Mechanical and Biological Plant of Municipal Waste Processing, Central Industrial District Street, 37-450 Stalowa Wola.
It is permitted to transfer selectively collected municipal waste from property owners to other than the indicated Regional Waste Processing Installation, Recovery and Disposal Installation, in accordance with the hierarchy of waste handling referred to in the Act of on 14 December 2012 about waste.
The change of the designated site for use of selectively collected waste does not constitute an amendment to the contract if the Contractor has obtained written consent from the Contracting Authority to change that place.
5) From property owners on which residents do not reside, any amount of municipal waste resulting from the amount of
and the capacity of bags indicated by the owner of the property in the declaration
with the amount of the municipal waste management fee, filled in on the basis of
about the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Municipality of Nowa Oęba.
6) Municipal waste should be received from before the property, in a way that guarantees preservation
purity and order.
7) To determine the amount of waste collected, the Contractor is obliged to weigh the collected
waste at the place of transfer for disposal.
8) The Contractor is required to ensure the levels of recycling, reuse and recovery imposed on the municipality by other methods of selectively collected waste.
9) The Contractor is required to achieve levels of weight reduction of waste
communal biodegradable transferred to storage.
10) In the event of failure to reach the levels referred to in points 5 and 6, the Contractor shall pay the costs of penalties imposed on the Municipality for failing to reach these levels.
