1.The subject of the contract is comprehensive care for homeless animals and all homeless and free-living animals belonging to the Ordering Parties, and located in the shelter at Sianożęć 3A, 16-400 Suwałki, which is leased by the City of Suwałki, until the end of 2023 and catching homeless animals from the City of Suwałki, along with care for free-living cats and farm animals from the City of Suwałki.
2.Na subject of the contract consists of:
a) selecting the operator of a shelter for homeless animals, located in Suwaki, at 3A Sianożęć Street, together with care for animals in the shelter caught from the city of Suwałki and delivered from municipalities or cities with which the City of Suwałki has concluded an appropriate agreement, i.e. the municipalities of Jeleniewo, Przerośl, Puńsk, Rutka-Tartak, Wiżajny, Bakałarzewo, Szypliszki and the City of Sejny;
b) catching of homeless animals, including free-living cats and farm animals from the area of the City of Suwałki.

2. The subject of the order shall consist of:
a) selecting the operator of a shelter for homeless animals, located in Suwaki, at 3A Sianożęć Street, along with care for animals in the shelter caught from the city of Suwałki and delivered from municipalities or cities with which the City of Suwałki has concluded an appropriate agreement, i.e. the municipalities of Jeleniewo, Przerośl, Puńsk, Rutka-Tartak, Wiżajny, Bakałarzewo, Szypliszki and the City of Sejny;
b) catching of homeless animals, including free-living cats and farm animals from the area of the City of Suwałki.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes "Description of the subject of the contract" (Appendix No. 1) and "Essential provisions of the contract" (Appendix No. 8).
4. The contractor shall provide the necessary staff with appropriate powers to carry out the subject matter of the contract. The above personnel shall be reported by the Contractor for approval to the Contracting Entity.
