Øygarden Municipality invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the establishment of framework agreements for contractor and trade services within different disciplines.

The contracting authority needs trade services for the operation and maintenance of buildings and roads that the municipality own. The character and scope of individual assignments can vary, but the primary focus will be service, operation and maintenance of the municipality's buildings and roads.

The procurement is divided into nine lots/contract areas.

A complete description of the delivery is in part II Annex 1, the contracting authority's requirements specification.

The framework agreement is for electro work in all the municpalities buildings, sites and infrastructure for technical operations and maintenance with the accompanying materials.

Electro work means, amongst other things, work related to minor alterations, installations, changes and maintenance work to existing buildings, both internally and externally. The assignments will mainly consist of setting up new data points and sockets, replacing fittings, troubleshooting electrical work etc. The tenderer will be responsible for fireproofing in accordance with the regulations during installation work.

Contract type: parallel framework agreement, up to three tenderers.

The framework agreement will include work connected to the service, operation, maintenance and renovation of the municipalities ventilation and climate installations in existing buildings. In addition filters shall be delivered for the ventilation installations.

Contract type: framework agreement with one tenderer.

The framework agreement is for annual inspections and services on lifts in Øygarden's property portfolio. The framework agreement will include annual inspections, service assignments and maintenance of lift installations in the municipality's buildings. This varies from lift to lift and will be discussed in a separate meeting with the chosen tenderer.

Contract type: framework agreement with one tenderer.

The framework agreement is for plumbing work in all the municipality's buildings, sites and infrastructure for technical operations and maintenance with the accompanying materials.

Plumbing work means, amongst other things, work related to minor alterations, installations, changes and maintenance of existing buildings, both internally and externally.

In addition the contract can include assignments related to properties that the municipality rents and houses in the municipality's company.

The framework agreement includes work paid by the hour and complete deliveries of materials.

The contract primarily comprises work/tasks that are practical to carry out on an hourly basis, but can also apply to work for minor alterations and renovation.

Contract type: parallel framework agreement, up to three tenderers.

The framework agreement is for floor laying and painting work as well as accompanying painting, floor laying, wallpapering, glue/grout in municipal buildings and residences in Øygarden Municipality, such as schools, nurseries, nursing homes, office buildings, rented housing, sports centres, etc.

The amount of work within the discipline is uncertain, but there will be a minimum need for services from damages, vandalism and leakages. In addition services can be procured for minor alteration and renovation projects.

The contract is primarily for work/assignments that are practical to carry out on an hourly basis, but it can also apply to work for minor alterations and renovation and where a round sum can be agreed, or an amount based on m2 instead of hourly rates.

The framework agreement is for carpentry work in all the municipality's buildings, sites and infrastructure for technical operations and maintenance with the accompanying materials.

Carpentry work means, amongst other things, work related to minor alterations, installations, changes and maintenance of existing buildings, both internally and externally. In addition the contract can include assignments related to properties that the municipalities rent.

The contract primarily comprises work/tasks that are practical to carry out on an hourly basis, but can also apply to work for minor alterations and renovation. A round sum or unit price can be agreed instead of hourly rates for major assignments.

Contract type: parallel framework agreement, up to three tenderers.

The framework agreement is for glazier work in all the municipality's buildings, sites and infrastructure for technical operations and maintenance with the accompanying materials.

Glazier services mean, amongst other things, work related to minor alterations, installations, changes and maintenance work of existing buildings, both internally and externally. In addition the contract can include assignments related to properties that the municipalities rent.

Glazier services can include adapted building glass, standard windows with frames, outside doors, inside doors and fire doors, as well as the replacing and securing broken windows.

The contract primarily comprises work/tasks that are practical to carry out on an hourly basis, but can also apply to work for minor alterations and renovation. A round sum or unit price can be agreed instead of hourly rates for major assignments.

Contract type: framework agreement with one tenderer.

Transport and traffic safety is responsible for the operation and maintenance of municipal roads and foot/cycle paths on parts of the county roads.

There is a total of approx. 200 km roads, 25 km pavements, + various car parks and other public places.

The procurement includes rock protection on municipal roads and car parks. Also other places that Øygarden Municipality deems necessary.

The assignment can also include inspections and registrations, and planning various rock protection assignments on municipal roads and spaces. Documentation must be given to the builder for each assignment that shows the scope of the assignment. The rock protection contractor must also inform the public and handle other assignments that are required for the protection assignment on the stretch in question.

The procurement is mainly for planned minor protection assignments and unforeseen assignments.

Øygarden Municipality is responsible for 17 bridges and 37 quays.

The framework agreement is for maintenance services on bridges and quays in Øygarden Municipality, as well as major renovation work if required. The assignment mainly includes routine operational and maintenance assignments on quays and bridges. The assignment also includes inspections and registration, planning activities, stand-by and turn-outs for operational difficulties or unexpected events on quays and bridges, documentation, reports to the builder, information to the public and handling other assignments that are required for the operation and maintenance of the quays and bridges.
