Intellectual services: missions of SPS coordinator and technical controller for the deconstruction drawer operation reconstruction of the headquarters of the Urssaf PACA
Construct a tertiary building of approximately 9,800 m 2 of floor space and develop 329 parking spaces including offices, a reception area for contributors, discussion / meeting areas, meeting rooms, common areas (conviviality, meals, etc.), logistics premises (storage , archives…), technical (server rooms…) + parking lots and landscaping. After cleaning up, removing asbestos and demolishing the existing building complex with an area of approximately 11,000 m 2 . The operation will be carried out while maintaining part of the workforce on site (demolition / construction drawer operation). The provisional financial envelope reserved for the works is estimated at EUR 28,000,000 excluding tax on the basis of the characteristics of the equipment defined in the technical documents. It is specified that the project will be developed in BIM methodology. The incumbent must therefore be able to integrate into the process for the achievement of his mission.
Lot 1 - SPS coordinator missions
The missions of the SPS controller are:
- advice during the project management competition as a member of the technical committee,
- missions in the design phase,
- missions in the implementation phase.
Lot 2 - technical controller missions
The missions of the technical controller are:
- advice during the project management competition as a member of the technical committee,
- LP, SEI, STI, PS, PHA, TH, Hand, F, PV, DEM missions.
