The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the form of drawing up valuations of Treasury assets at the disposal of the Military Property Agency in the territory covered by the jurisdiction of the Poznań Regional Branch, i.e. mainly in the area of the Greater Poland Voivodeship, including, among others, localities such as Biedrusko, Murowana Goślina, Oborniki, Swarzędz, Witkowo, Gniezno, Kórnik, Śrem, Rawicz, Stęszew, Leszno, Nowy Tomyśl, Pleszew, Poznań, Jarocin, Krotoszyn, Ostrów Wlkp., Kalisz, Kwilcz and Sieradz. Implementation of 40 estimates - valuations of residential and commercial premises housed in buildings located in the towns of the Branch. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to order fewer units, but not less than 20 units.

The implementation of 10 estimates operations - valuations of undeveloped properties, easements and other limited rights in kind, including for the purpose of determining the rent rate, on properties located in the towns of the Branch. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to order fewer units, but not less than 5 pieces.

The implementation of 3 estimated operators - valuations of built-up properties, including for the purpose of determining the rent rate, located in localities within the property of the Branch. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to order fewer units, but not less than 2 pieces.
