Purpose and objectives of the agreement

The agreement is about covering the back lines of the Poison Information Centre's telephone counselling during agreed scheduled periods in order to maintain a good working environment for the operation's emergency services and a long-term supply of skills.

Tenderers shall ensure that all personnel performing service(s) or other work in connection with the contract have the necessary knowledge and experience for the performance of the contract. The bidder must be able to offer 3-5 medical experts, which in total should correspond to 1 FTE (Full-time Equivalent).
