Supply of electricity for the purposes of lighting roads, open areas, buildings and municipal organizational units represented by the Municipality of Bochnia in the estimated quantity: 10 126 413 kWh during the term of the contract to the points of consumption and measurement of electricity of the Municipality of the City Bochnia together with municipal organizational units.
The order includes:
1) Supply of electricity for lighting roads, open areas, buildings and municipal organizational units represented by the Municipality of Bochnia
in the estimated quantity: 10 126 413 kWh during the term of the contract to the points of consumption and measurement of electricity of the Municipality of Bochnia, together with the municipal organizational units according to the Annex.
2) The amount of energy consumption points may be increased by new points of consumption. Municipality of the City of Bochnia, plans to connect in the fourth quarter of 2021 to the network several new points that are currently underway (including street lighting - Goczałkowskie street side, street lighting KNII-nowa road on the section from Serugi Street to Brodziński Street, join new buildings on Salinary Plants).
3) In subsequent years, the Ordering Party reserves the possibility of connecting new pre-emptive points.
4) It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to terminate the current contracts for the supply of electricity. The contractor with whom the contract will be signed undertakes to submit
on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the Operator of the Distribution System applicable to the Contracting Authority, a notification of the conclusion of a contract for the sale of electricity to individual facilities.
5) The Contracting Authority shall conclude one contract for the supply of energy under the terms of the chosen most favourable offer on behalf of all municipal organisational units listed in the Annex.
6) The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility to withdraw from the sales contract for the facilities,
in which, due to the performance of the RES installation, it will be necessary to conclude a comprehensive agreement.
7) The amount of energy acquired will be accounted for according to the actual consumption of this energy by the Ordering Party and municipal organizational units. The charging of energy charges of the amount determined on the basis of the forecast consumption shall not be allowed. The payers shall be the entities indicated in the Annex communicated to the Electricity Seller in accordance with §5 point 10 to 12 of the Agreement.
8) The current operator of the Distribution System in the Municipality of Bochnia is TAURON Distrybucja S.A.
9) Participants in the proceedings have fixed or indefinite contracts signed. For information about the current contracts in force, see the Annex.
10) Method (quantity of supply) and place of delivery: for street lighting, the place of supply of energy represent changes in the function of the power line, from transmission or distribution to the customer's installations. In particular, they will be: power cable clamps in the street lighting rack or current clamps at the output of the wires from the security guards towards the installation of the receiver.
11) The other places of energy supply resulting from the interpretation of the Act of 10. 04. 1997, Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) are defined in the conditions of connection.

The supply of electricity will be carried out under the conditions laid down by the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 — Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021 item 716 as amended) and in accordance with the implementing provisions issued thereto, in particular with quality standards of service to customers as defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 6 March 2019 on detailed rules for the formation and calculation of tariffs and settlements in the trading of electricity (Journal of Laws 2019.503 of late. The quality parameters of electricity in the distribution part are governed by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system.
