The object of this contract is to provide services and activities for the performance of periodic legal inspections on the safety installations of the Bank in Luxembourg, in accordance with the legal requirements in force in that country, as published by the ITM (Labour and Mines Inspectorate). The maintenance of these installations is the object of a separate contract.

Due to the legal requirements of the Luxembourg State, safety-related installations must be regularly controlled by a control office (‘approved body’).

The object of this contract is to provide services and activities for the performance of periodic legal inspections on the safety installations of the Bank in Luxembourg, in accordance with the legal requirements in force in that country, as published by the ITM (Labour and Mines Inspectorate). The maintenance of these installations is the object of a separate contract.

The selected service provider must provide the services and activities in accordance with the requirements and specifications of this contract, as well as the instructions given periodically by the Bank, as designated in the contract.

Provision of services will start after a transition period.
