The subject of the contract is the implementation in the "design and build" system of the task entitled: "Construction of a section of road G from the intersection with national road No. 28 to the intersection with Sikorskiego Street together with the construction of a viaduct over the railway line No. 108 and construction of technical infrastructure in Krosno.

The subject of the contract is the implementation in the "design and build" system of the task entitled: "Construction of a section of road G from the intersection with national road No. 28 to the intersection with Sikorskiego Street together with the construction of a viaduct over the railway line No. 108 and construction of technical infrastructure in Krosno". The investment will be carried out in two stages: 1) stage I: – update of design documentation – making changes in the design and cost estimate documentation in order to adapt the road section from Bieszczadzka Street to Sikorskiego Street to the GP class road and obtaining a new decision on the permit for the implementation of the road investment (ZRiD) with immediate enforceability and other decisions required by law, necessary to perform construction works, 2) stage II: – execution of construction works on the basis of the above-mentioned documentation in the scope including: a) execution of works on the basis of design and cost estimate documentation approved by the Contracting Authority and the competent architectural and construction administration body and in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, and then handing over the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party, b) exercising author's supervision during the execution of construction works on the basis of the developed design documentation, c) ensuring during the performance of the contract, in accordance with applicable law, by decision of the permit for the implementation of a road investment (ZRiD), the participation of appropriate staff, including the construction manager, managers of works of individual industries and others if necessary, d) development of as-built documentation for the completed investment and obtaining an occupancy permit on behalf of the Ordering Party.
