SERVICING OF LIGHT AIRCRAFT HANGAR DOORS IN 2023÷2026
1. The subject of the contract is the provision in the years 2023 ÷ 2026 for the benefit of the provisions of the agreement indicated in Appendix No. 8 to the Draft Agreement, which are Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, of the services of military units of the Polish Armed Forces, hereinafter referred to as the User, including the maintenance of Megadoor S1500 doors for light hangars for aircraft: MiG-29, M-28, C-130, Mi-8, W-3, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), i.e.: performing repairs (improvements), maintenance works (servicing), providing technical assistance (engineering support) and metrological control, replacement of technical means of materials (TM) constituting components of hangar doors, if it is necessary to improve and ensure the operation of the hangar door, performing maintenance and inspections (in accordance with the list specified in Appendix 10 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement).
2. If the technical activities related to the performance of the contract (including, m.in, assembly and disassembly of gates, performance of gate inspections, gate repairs and maintenance works) will consist in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465), the persons performing the activities in question should be employed by the Contractor on the basis of a contract for employment.
3. Maintenance services should be performed on the basis of the applicable technical documentation and technical conditions (WT) for a given product and on the basis of other applicable regulations and quality standards.
4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee confirming the performance of the service in accordance with the rules specified in the technical documentation, but not less than:
- 24 months for new tśm installed on the equipment;
- 6 months for used TMM built on equipment;
- 12 months for the work performed, but no longer than until similar work is performed on the equipment by the User or until similar work had to be performed due to reasons in operation.
The warranty period is counted from the date of service, handover of equipment/tśm.
5. The Contracting Authority does not envisage exercising the right of option.
6. Detailed terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
7. Pursuant to Article 455 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority allows for the possibility of amending the contract
and under the conditions set out in § 16 of the Draft Provisions of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
8. The terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
9. The award of the contract does not involve the disclosure of classified information to the Contractor.
