The Police and Crime Commissioner for Nottinghamshire (the "Lead Commissioner") wishes to appoint a number of suppliers to a framework agreement for the provision of Building/Refurbishment/M&E Works of various sizes (small, medium amd large) across its Estate.

The Lead Commissioner has the primary requirement and is the lead in respect of this framework but it also to be made available for use by the 42 other UK Police Forces and the wider public sector.
