The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the owners of approx. 1100 properties inhabited in the Świekatowo Commune and from uninhabited properties with the frequency specified in the Resolution (12) on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Świekatowo Commune and the Resolution (13) on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of municipal waste collection from property owners and development of this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management, as well as collection, transport and management of waste collected at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter PSZOK) located in Świekatowo at 24 Tucholska Street.
The subject of the order includes:
1) collection, transport and management of the following waste:
a) non-segregated municipal waste (hereinafter – mixed) and segregated waste from property owners residing in the Świekatowo Commune,
(b) mixed waste from street bins,
c) segregated waste from facilities owned by the Municipality of Świekatowo,
(d) large volume waste from mobile rebounds (twice a year),
(e) segregated waste collected at the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK),
(f) waste such as expired and unnecessary medicines, chemicals and waste batteries
from stationary points operating in the Swiekatowo Commune,
2) equipping residential properties with containers and bags for collecting mixed and segregated municipal waste,
3) Equipment of non-inhabited properties in:
(a) containers,
b) a container for waste from cleaning streets and squares (marketplace),
4) Equipping PSZOK with the necessary containers and containers,
5) equipping publicly available stationary points indicated by the Ordering Party in the Świekatowo Commune with containers intended for expired and unnecessary medicines and used batteries, as well as collection and management of this waste.
Uninhabited properties covered by the municipal waste management system should be understood as objects, i.e.

Container supply requirements.
1) The contractor will equip single-family and multi-unit residential real estate
in containers for the collection of mixed municipal waste for the duration of the contract no later than 5 days before the start of the service.
2) The Contractor shall supply the collection points of expired medicines (pharmacy points) and batteries indicated by the Contracting Authority with containers appropriate for this type of waste.
3) The Contractor shall prepare and equip the property with containers:
(a) Mixed waste containers:
containers with a capacity of 120 l – 1000 pcs. (some properties inhabited by 6 or more people are equipped with two containers for mixed waste),

d) bags with a capacity of 120 l – 900 sets (for one month) and during the term of the contract replacement of filled bags with new ones in the amount of approximately 55,000.00 pcs. (single) bags of different colours. A set is understood as a set containing bags for the collection of paper and multi-material packaging (blue), plastics and metals (yellow), glasses (green), biodegradable waste (brown).
e) Containers with a capacity of 120l -500 pcs. to ashes
f) Containers and containers for PSZOK equipment:
