The subject of this tender is general planning services for the new construction of the Lauchhammer compressor station in accordance with the service description (short version as an annex to the terms and conditions of the offer). The station includes the construction of the following main components:
- Compressor system with suction and pressure collector (incl. measuring rails) and filter system as well as integration into the existing ONTRAS piping system together with the necessary buildings,
- Energy supply building including workrooms for station staff,
- gas cooling system (external air cooling),
- Substation/transformer station as well as
- required infrastructure for company premises.
The planning is to be carried out in such a way that the implementation planning in accordance with HOAI LPH 5 begins in the 2nd quarter of 2025. The necessary tenders, in which the requirements of the SektVO are to be taken into account, must be planned and published in such a way that construction can begin in July 2027. Commissioning will take place in the 3rd quarter of 2029.

The general planning service primarily comprises basic and special planning services (call-off is carried out on a service phase-related basis) in accordance with HOAI in the following service profiles:
- § 53 ff. HOAI - Specialist planning of technical equipment in all required plant groups in LPH 1 to 9,
- § 33 ff. HOAI - Object planning building planning in LPH 1 to 9,
- if applicable, § 38 ff. HOAI - Object planning of outdoor facilities in LPH 1 to 9,
- if applicable, § 49 ff. HOAI - Structural planning in LPH 1 to 9 as well as
- if applicable, § 41 ff. HOAI - Object planning of engineering structures in LPH 1 to 9.
In addition, further specialist planning and consulting services according to HOAI as well as additional special services and higher-level coordination tasks are required. These are optionally requested and can include, among other things, services for the preparation of lightning, fire and explosion protection concepts as well as the implementation of an environmental impact study, etc.
The planner is responsible for all planning tasks concerning the GDRMA. These include construction, process and mechanical engineering, piping technology/station piping, TGA, electrical power engineering, process control technology as well as grounding and lightning protection, etc.
