the form chosen for the execution of the contract is purchase orders with minimum and maximum single-awarding pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 of the Public Order Code. This consultation has taken the form of a restricted procedure which has two distinct phases:-Phase 1: applications-phase 2: offersonly candidates who have submitted an application that has been previously accepted by Eau de Paris will be allowed to submit an offer. Phase 1 applicants must submit only one application and no offer element; Any offer element that would be submitted during the application phase will be ignored. The deadlines and times for the submission of applications are indicated on the cover page. The deadlines and times as well as the conditions for submitting tenders will be indicated only to successful candidates in Phase 1.
