Weeding of roads. Call for tenders opened pursuant to Articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to R.2161-5 of the Public Order Code of the Public Order Code. Framework agreement treated at mixed prices: Fixed price with DPGF and unit price with BPU for municipal and departmental roads (roads and sidewalks), at the rate of 4 passages per year. It is executed by issuing purchase orders with an annual maximum of 200,000 euro (s) HT or 800 000 euro (s) HT over the total duration of the contract, in accordance with Articles L.2125-1 1 °, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Order Code

The purpose of the contract is to provide weeding services: - all municipal roads (carriageways + sidewalks) - all departmental roads (carriageways + sidewalks). The performance of the services will be done in the areas listed below (non-exhaustive list): - gutters - pavements - squares - sidewalks - tree surrounds. The technical description of the services is defined in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) of this contract, and the provisions concerning the control operations of the service are defined in article 2.1 and following of the CCTP
