The Castelló d'Empúries City Council calls by open procedure the tender for the collection service of pruning and gardening remains, as well as its subsequent treatment or processing. The service object of the contract includes, in general, the works specified in the specifications.

The Castelló d'Empúries City Council calls by open procedure the tender for the collection service of pruning and gardening remains, as well as its subsequent treatment or processing. The service object of the contract includes, in general, the following works:

a) emptying and transportation to the treatment plant of the plant remains deposited in the specific contribution areas existing in the municipality;

b) removal and transport to the plant of the plant remains deposited on the road and public spaces in the form of uncontrolled spills or in non-approved points;

c) removal and transportation to the plant of the plant remains deposited at the clean points;

d) support for gardening teams in the collection of plant debris resulting from pruning the road trees,

e) home collection of plant remains, as long as the accumulated volume is equal to or greater than 8 m 3 ;

f) maintenance of specific contribution areas for plant remains;

g) construction of nine contribution areas;

h) special services derived from states of emergency and unique or exceptional climatic episodes;

i) treatment or processing of plant remains collected by the same service.
