This public contract concerns the award of a framework contract for an initial term of one year (with extension options to a maximum term of 4 years) for the rental provision of temporary tent structures including accessories after short-term call-ups within a reaction time of a maximum of 5 days for military exercises and other military projects on the military training area Oberlausitz and other training areas in Germany and provision of corresponding tent constructions including the accessories over the entire term of the contract to ensure the short-term, as well as the provision of temporary tent constructions together with accessories after regular call-offs if appropriate capacities are available at the contractor.
