1. The subject of the contract is a service in the field of maintenance, inspection and repair of medical equipment in the Gynaecological and Obstetric Clinical Hospital of the Karol Marcinkowski Medical University in Poznań, at 33 Polna Street.

The service in question will be provided in the following scope:

a. maintaining in full technical and operational capacity the existing medical apparatus and equipment,

b. current inspections and maintenance of medical apparatus and equipment performed on the basis of telephone notifications and schedules prepared by the Medical Equipment Department of GPSK UM and their settlement according to the maturity period,

c. repair of medical apparatus and equipment that does not require the intervention of authorized services,

d. making a technical assessment and issuing "technical rulings" of medical apparatus and equipment intended for cassation,

e. preliminary assessment of damage to medical apparatus and equipment requiring the intervention of an authorized service.
