Scope of procurement

The procurement includes school shoots to Vara municipality. In the municipality there are about 950 school shooting eligible students. Students travel with those of the local government contracting school shooters and with West Traffic scheduled services.

The procurement refers to school pushes for students in primary school as well as special school (pre-school class - grade 9). The mission may also include high school students along the various tours.

The tours attend school days, with the exception of study and praise days during the school year. At school closing days, different school times may be applied, which in turn causes the times for school shooters to be adjusted during these days.

The school shooting transports now procured are presented in the Annexes “Traffic Pack 1" - “Traffic Pack 13". Specified number of pupils is based on today's number. The number of pupils can thus both increase and decrease.

The number of kilometres for each vehicle is taken from the Shot + planning system and the volume for the 2021/2022 school year represents the base volume for the entire contract period. The length of the mileage refers to the distance from first pupil's boarding place on the tour to the current school as well as from the school to the final student's disembarkation place. These kilometres form the basis for the tuning of tours (kilometres) done at the beginning of each academic year. Any changes to tours as well as number of pupils take place in the local authority planning system - these then form the basis for the term reconciliation.
