The purpose of this tender is to conclude an agreement on behalf of the contracting authority for the development of a data platform, to which the various information products of the contracting authority can connect. With this tender, the contracting authority wishes to contract the best quality party, against the best possible conditions and the lowest possible costs.

The following activities are included in the scope of the data platform:

- the working, tested and accepted delivery of the data warehouse according to the conceptual information model before 31.12.2021 (will be delivered after award),

- construction of My Environment according to the supplied UX design (will be delivered after award),

- construction of the data platform according to the architectural vision (will be delivered after award),

- the migrated, working, tested and accepted delivery of the further specified applications, including necessary links, before 31.12.2023.
