The subject of the invitation to tender is the award of services for the maintenance, safety-related and DGUV testing of power- and manually operated systems without hold-open systems.

The contract comprises the following main services:

-Maintenance, inspection and documentation

-Safety testing

-Testing according to DGUV - Regulation 4

The order includes the following demand services:

-Creation of operating / test books

-Provision of aerial work platforms

-Fitter assignments for maintenance measures

-A arrival and departure fee is agreed for repair work that is not carried out together with the maintenance or inspection.

The order includes the following scope of services:

Manually operated systems:

A total of 150 power-operated systems.

The services described in the bill of quantities and the work card(s) shall be transferred to the Contractor. Maintenance and repair shall be carried out on time and professionally as well as at least, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all valid and relevant laws, regulations, standards, directives, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology.

Maintenance must be carried out within normal operating hours (Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Friday: 8 am - 1 pm)

In connection with maintenance and testing, the Contractor is obliged to carry out repair work that is essential for restoring the target state, is not already recorded in the work card / bill of quantities and does not increase the time normally expected for maintenance and testing.

The repair is carried out at least in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all valid and relevant laws, regulations, standards, directives, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology.

The Contractor shall carry out all necessary repairs up to a value limit of € 3,000 (net).

Repair measures include, for example. the delivery of corresponding small / spare parts, their replacement and disposal, per system and maintenance:

-All repair measures up to a total net value of 30 € are compensated with the offered unit prices for maintenance.

-All repair measures with a net value of 30 - 100 € must also be carried out by the Contractor with the inspection and maintenance, without consultation with the Client, these additional services will then be remunerated separately, as proof.

-All repair measures with a net value of 100 - 300 € must be carried out by the contractor, only after the consent of the client, with the inspection and maintenance, these additional services will then be remunerated separately, as proof.

For all repair measures with a net value of more than € 300, the Contractor must submit an offer to the Client within 2 weeks and carry it out within a reasonable period of time (max. 6 weeks after the Client's request). For this purpose, a separate contract must be concluded on the basis of the above-mentioned invitation to tender. For this purpose, the Contractor must submit an offer to the AG in text form in advance. For example, the hourly rates and travel allowances agreed in the bill of quantities apply. For spare parts to be exchanged, the Contractor must also specify in its offers (at the Client's request), among other things, the part designation, the manufacturer and the article number of the manufacturer. For the execution of construction work (repair measures), the General Technical Contract Conditions for Construction Services (VOB/C) apply as well as those in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and in accordance with all valid and relevant laws, regulations, standards, directives, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology. The Contractor has no legal claim to the transfer of these services.

For all further repair work for which the priority (according to priorities of the inventory list) 1 and 2 has been determined, the Contractor must submit an offer (in text form) to the Client within 12 working days.

Even outside the regular maintenance dates, the Contractor is obliged to remedy faults that impair plant safety or endanger the use of the building upon request. He must carry out the work immediately within normal working hours (Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.; Friday: 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.). Reaction time; within a maximum of 24 hours (The response time refers to the period of time in which, after notification of an emergency, a fault, a user request or the like to the personnel of the contractor, the fault or damage rectification at the location of the emergency, the troubleshooting at the location of the fault or the implementation of the user request begins.)

The Contractor shall perform the services in such a way that the safety of the technical systems is maintained. The operational readiness must be maintained during the provision of services, as far as possible. All relevant laws, regulations, in particular accident prevention regulations, standards, guidelines, etc. as well as the recognized rules of technology must be observed. The Contractor shall provide the service with his company. He may transfer parts of the service to subcontractors with the prior consent of the Client.

The Contractor is obliged to provide or supply all equipment, tools and aids (e.g. measuring and testing equipment), materials and auxiliaries (e.g. cleaning, sealing, lubricants and corrosion inhibitors) as well as suitable access technology (e.g. ladders) and protective equipment, etc. as well as all other aids and substances not explicitly mentioned, aerial work platforms), etc. required for the provision of the services. Unless otherwise stated, the costs are covered by the unit prices.

The Contractor shall document the services performed in the specifications and the work card(s) and the general condition of the plant determined in this context, including any repair services that will become necessary in the foreseeable future, as well as any replaced parts in a performance record.
