The baggage handling system as the subject of the award procedure is located in Terminal 2 (T2) and in the satellite including tunnel connections from T2 to the central building

and Terminal 1 modules B and C as well as from T2 to satellite. The baggage handling system in Terminal 1 is not the subject of the present tendering procedure.

The order includes the technical support of the systems such as troubleshooting, plant inspection, preventive maintenance, general overhaul measures, repairs, damage processing as well as independent spare parts management and initiation of corresponding repeat orders via the customer.

The stationary systems of the baggage handling system currently include:

- Check in - conveyor systems (149 for normal luggage, 4 for bulky luggage),

- Output rounds for arrivals (11),

- unloading circuits for checked baggage (24),

- container conveyor technology with a total length of approx. 45 km,

- Early baggage storage (capacity 4,360 for normal luggage, 184 for bulky baggage,

- approx. 70 multifunction coding workstations with cable or wireless barcode scanners

1.1 Mechanics

1.3 Cleaning of GFA components

- Monthly cleaning of all FSA financial statements in the course of maintenance work or expert examinations

- Regular cleaning of the switch and control cabinets

- Cleaning of plant components (e.g. conveyor elements, output runs, sorting runs) in the course of maintenance and after repair work

- 2 times a year cleaning of the dispensing and sorting circuits as well as the conveyor technology of the check-in counters (removal of labels, belt buckles, dust, etc.)

- Regular cleaning of GFA components in the course of maintenance activities such as slides, light barriers and mirrors, etc.

The maintenance services essentially comprise:

2.1 GFA-IT - Computer hardware and software incl. program maintenance

- Maintenance of user-specific system software

- Carrying out updates and applying patches and hotfixes at regular intervals in accordance with a patch plan to be agreed between the Client and the Contractor.

- Carrying out updates and installing patches and hotfixes beyond this, if these are necessary for reasons of IT security or operational stability.

- The integration of updates and recommended manufacturer patches are included with the contractor, but must be communicated to the client and may only be installed after scheduling with the client.

- Upgrades / release changes on all systems are not scope of the contract, but must be shown to the Client.

- The evaluations of log files and evaluations of baggage tracking data of all installed systems are to be provided on request by the Client in readable and editable form; preferably in electronic form, without password protection.

- Host computer system (TR, DB, DI, web server Scada, web server video wall) and their replacement systems

- Process visualization system incl. video wall

- Network complete including interface to router T2 and satellite

- GFA interfaces to GMS / Panda

- Facilities of the control room, in particular operating PCs, file servers, computer rooms, maintenance rooms and spare parts warehouses (EAM servers), including operating systems and client applications, as well as their update management

- Cleaning of fans, replacement of power supplies, filter change, motherboard change, board change, display replacement, UPS support, etc. of the systems to be maintained

- Regular cleaning of all computer cabinets and computer components

- Regular cleaning of all network cabinets and network components

- Regular cleaning/replacement of cabinet filter mats

2.2 Special installations

- Multifunction consoles (MFK) including operating systems and client applications as well as their update management

- Box display systems (BAS) including operating systems and client applications as well as their update management

- Scanner reading gates and their peripherals at check-ins, transfer and arrival tasks

- Handheld scanner and wireless handheld scanner

It should be noted that the customer does not have the necessary access to the software, but lies solely with the manufacturer Siemens.
