1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from real estate inhabited in the City of Łowicz, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

2. A detailed description of the object of the order is specified in Annex No 1 to the SWZ.

3. Estimates of the quantities of municipal waste provided for collection and use are indicated in the tender form, i.e. Annex 2 to SWZ.

4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract referred to in Article 95 of the PPL, to employ persons performing the following activities in the field of contract performance, in particular activities related to:

a) handling vehicles used to collect municipal waste from property owners,

(b) the operation and operation of the storage and transport base,

(c) coordinating the implementation of the contract conditions concerning the performance of the contract

The SWZ describes the rights of the Contracting Authority to control activities regarding compliance with the above-mentioned requirement and the types of documents that the Contracting Authority may request as part of these activities.
