Description:
Delivery of computer-aided design (CAD) software

The subject of the contract is a subscription to software enabling two-dimensional and three-dimensional design, e.g. Autodesk AutoCAD 3D, Autodesk AutoCAD LT or equivalent from 13.12.2023 for a period of 36 months. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. All requirements specified in the Description of the subject of the contract are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the bid pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL as inconsistent with the terms of the contract
