studies and project management missions relating to the restoration of churches and ramparts (protected as historical monuments) and the enhancement of the communal architectural heritage protected as Historical Monuments of Wissembourg
the Commune of Wissembourg is the owner of a rich heritage protected as a historical monument (classified and registered). It wishes to restore and enhance the abbey church of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul, the chapel of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul, the church of Saint-Jean, the church of Saint-Ulrich d'altenstadt (classified) and the fortifications (listed). It also wishes to engage in the enhancement of other buildings protected as historical monuments belonging to the Commune. In order to have a global vision of the interventions to be carried out to restore and enhance the protected municipal heritage MH and prioritize these interventions, the first subsequent contract will consist in the realization of a master plan for the conservation and enhancement of the architectural heritage of the municipality. It will include diagnostic studies, including photogrammetric surveys of the buildings to be restored. At the end of this master plan, subsequent contracts relating to MOE studies on each building may be ordered. A detailed preliminary programme will be sent to the successful candidates for the tender phase.
