Contract for the supply of electricity for the needs of the PPE for which the status of end users (understood in accordance with Article 3 point 13a of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law) is held by the Municipality of Lubin, its subordinate organizational units, cultural institutions for which the Municipality of Lubin is the organizer and commercial law companies with the participation of the Municipality of Lubin.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the needs of PPE for which the status of end users (understood in accordance with Article 3 point 13a of the Act of 10.04.1997. Energy Law) is held by the Municipality of Lubin, its subordinate organizational units, cultural institutions for which the Municipality of Lubin is the organizer and commercial law companies with the participation of the Municipality of Lubin. PPE quantity – 182 pcs.,

Estimated electricity consumption volume: 10 277 992 kWh.

A detailed list of customers together with the specification of their location, connection capacity and a specific tariff for energy together with a list of the number of meters is specified in the Annex to the SWZ

The Municipality of Lubin is the Contracting Authority appointed on the basis of the agreement to prepare and conduct the procedure on behalf of and on behalf of all Contracting Authorities (referred to in Article 38(2) of the PPL).
