The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works along with the delivery of equipment for the resulting facilities, in the task consisting in the construction of two buildings of collective residence (dormitories) and the building of the auditorium hall together with land development and accompanying infrastructure on the Uniformed Campus of the University of Justice at Wrocławska 193-195 in Kalisz, marked in the land and building register as plot No. 318/2 precinct 0151, and at 25 Pułku Artylerii 10 Street, marked in the land and building register as plot No. 318/1 precinct 0151., hereinafter referred to as the Investment. The investment will be carried out on the basis of the design and cost estimate documentation held by the Contracting Authority and the final decision of the building permit no. 755/21 of 10.12.2021.

The description of the subject of the contract constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ, consisting of: 1) a detailed description of the subject of the contract, 2) design documentation, which includes: construction design, executive design and bill of quantities, 3) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works.
