The procurement is carried out as an open procedure under Law (2016:1145) on Public Procurement (LOU).
Agreement Term
The contract is expected to start on 1 January 2024 for the storage and distribution of books with literature support. The Swedish Arts Council currently has a valid agreement for publications and other presentation material that is valid until 31 August 2024. This means that the Swedish Arts Council will start calling off the service relating to publications and other presentation material from 1 September 2024.
The agreement period is two (2) years from 1 January 2024 with the possibility for the Swedish Arts Council to extend the agreement in one or more installments up to a maximum of 24 months.
Any termination must be notified in writing by the Swedish Arts Council no later than 3 months before the end of the agreement period. If a termination of the agreement does not occur, the agreement automatically continues, but for a maximum of 4 years.
