The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of toys to Jysk Joint Procurement, including Favrskov Municipality, Rebild Municipality, Mariagerfjord Municipality, Skanderborg Municipality, Syddjurs Municipality, Norddjurs Municipality, Viborg Municipality and Skive Municipality. The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of toys to Jysk Joint Procurement. All entities and institutions of the contracting entity shall be covered by the Agreement. The agreement also applies to self-governing institutions to the extent possible in accordance with the applicable operating agreement.

Skanderborg Municipality's self-governing institutions have the right, but are not obliged to buy into the agreement. Skanderborg and Norddjurs Municipality's daycare is right, but is not obliged to buy into the agreement. During the term of the agreement, the supplier shall make available to the contracting entity its entire range which naturally falls within the described product groups listed by the contracting entity in Annex 3 to the offer list. The products are described in more detail in Appendix 2 Requirement Specification and Appendix 3 Offer List. The expected turnover on the agreement amounts to DKK 4,200,000 annually excl. VAT. The expected turnover on the agreement has been calculated on the basis of previous activity/consumption and expected activity/consumption changes with the assumptions known at the time of the offering. As a general rule, the agreement does not impose an obligation on the contracting entity to purchase a certain quantity of the products covered by the agreement. Thus, the contracting entity does not undertake to go beyond its actual requirements. The term of the tendered contract is 2 years. The agreement can be extended 2 times for up to 12 months per time on unchanged terms. Termination terms are stated in clause 3 of the agreement.
