The subject of the order is: "Purchase of IT equipment and software"
As part of the implementation of the project entitled: "Improving the quality, accessibility and increasing the use of administrative map resources of the southern subregion of the Śląskie Voivodship" co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesia Voivodship for 2014-2020, Priority Axis II Digital Silesia, Action 2.1. Support for the development of digital public services.
The subject of the contract is being implemented for the following project partners: Bielsko Poviat, Bielsko-Biała City, Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune, Śląskie Voivodeship and the City of Cieszyn.
The subject of the order of Part I is the delivery of the disk matrix for the Bielsko Poviat. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of Part I of the contract is set out in Annex 1a to the ToR.
The subject of the order of Part II is the supply of IT equipment for the City of Bielsko-Biała, including:
a) large format A0 scanner - 1 item,
b) A3 scanner - 9 items

The subject of the order of Part III is the supply of new IT equipment for the Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune, including:
a) disk array (network disk) - 1 item,
b) server - 1 item,
c) A3 scanner - 1 item,

The subject of the order of Part IV is the delivery of 10 workstations for the Śląskie Voivodeship. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of Part IV of the contract is set out in Annex 1d to the ToR.
The subject of the order of part V is the delivery of new computer equipment for the City of Cieszyn, including:
Computer sets - 3 pcs.
Server - 1 item
NAS array with device and data backup software - 1 item
