The Saale-Holzland district has decided on the turnkey construction of a new replacement building for the "Milo Barus" primary school in Stadtroda. The scope of services includes planning, construction of the building and the outdoor facilities, demolition of the existing building, interim and final financing as well as the provision of maintenance services within the extended warranty periods.
The services are awarded as a total award to a general contractor or general contractor in a negotiated procedure with participation competition.
The Saale-Holzland district intends to build a new 2.5-class primary school as a replacement for the "Milo Barus" primary school in Stadtroda on the site of the existing school.

The construction work is to be provided within the framework of an overall award or a general contractor model including final financing. On the basis of a functional construction specification with space program, the contractor must provide all necessary planning and construction services for the ready-to-use construction of the new building on the site of the existing school on Goetheweg. The scope of services also includes the demolition of the existing building, the construction of the outdoor facilities and maintenance within the extended warranty period, including the adjustment of the technical systems.
The financing services include interim and non-objectionable final financing over 20 years from acceptance of the construction work. The maintenance and adjustment flat rates are remunerated separately. The client and contractual partner for all services is the Saale-Holzland district. The client expects a comprehensive overall offer for the services described above.
The choice of construction (modular construction, timber frame construction, etc.) is the responsibility of the contractor. Only system building solutions consisting of containers and internal drainage systems are excluded, unless they are absolutely necessary for structural or technical requirements.
The district intends to apply for and use funding from the Federal Funding for Efficient Buildings for Climate-Friendly New Construction (BEG KFN). The eligibility requirements stated in the tender documents must be observed when submitting the bid.
