The assignment of the engineering and architecture services in question is inclusive of all the services required by art. 23 of the Code and art. 24 and 32 of Presidential Decree 207/2010. Awarded by the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer based on the best quality/price ratio with scores assigned as follows: - technical offer 70 points; - economic offer 30 points .
