The subject of the contract is the purchase of toner cartridges for office equipment mentioned in the contract documents. The subject matter of the procurement contract also includes the delivery of the purchased goods to the location of the procurers within the Republic of Estonia. There is no separate charge for shipping and returning (returning) the toner (s).

To participate in the procurement, tenderers must submit all e-catalogs in annex 4-2 of the procurement documents. toners suitable for the product groups listed or at least one of the larger product groups listed here (the vendor considers the largest Canon, HP, Kyocera, Samsung, Xerox printer groups) as compatible toner (including any suitable toner, black or color, if available). The provider may submit both analogue and original cartridges, but not both. The tenderer undertakes to keep the products and product information submitted for the procurement unchanged for at least 3 months after the conclusion of the framework contract
