Planning services in the property planning service profile in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 1, § 34 Buildings and Interiors, LPH 4-8.

The cathedral school in Schleswig consists of a listed old building, a later extension, a sports hall, a specialist class building and a cafeteria. The sports hall was built in 1975 and is to be renovated as part of the Federal Municipal Investment Promotion Act (KInvFG II). The renovation includes the technical equipment, the floor plan and parts of the facade. To prepare for the measure, work phases 1 to 3 were carried out by the client.

For the renovation, the work phases 4-8 according to HOAI are to be awarded. The cost calculation for the renovation (300 + 400) amounts to EUR 1,270,707.32 net. The construction project should be completed by December 31, 2022.

Planning offices with experience from similar measures to participate in the competition for planning services in the property planning service profile in accordance with HOAI Part 3, Section 1, Section 34 Buildings and Interiors, LPH 4-8.

The client reserves the right to award only a part of the basic services from the aforementioned service profiles.

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required evidence.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.

Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.
