The tender relates to the procurement of interior and exterior horticultural work by the Contracting Registry, including winter measures at Sydvestjysk Hospital in Esbjerg.
The work includes the following tasks in the main:
• Care and maintenance of grassland in the form of mowing and manure.
• Cleaning in the form of sweeping of fortified areas, renovation and cleaning of land, cleaning of chalkboards and other equipment.
• Maintenance in the form of clean-up and repair of wells, wires, catchment elements and sinks.
• Maintenance of exterior fixtures in the form of tables, benches and barrels.
• External care of planting areas.
• Care and cleanliness of interior plants.
• Christmas-specific work assignments relating to Christmas trees, Advent Cranes, Christmas decorations and poinsettias.
• Winter measures in the form of ice and snow control.
• Maintenance at housing.
• Ad hoc tasks in the form of minor tasks such as basement cleanup, rearrangement of coating and moving signs.

As part of the task, the Contracting Office provides a crew room of about 55 m2 incl. toilet, bath, workshop and dining room for the disposal of the Supplier. In addition, the Contracting Office provides a garage facility of about 90 m2 for the disposal of the supplier. The supplier leases the crew room and garage facility from the Contracting Regiver, and the lease terminates at the same time as the contract tendered.
Contracting entities undertake supervision and verification of the Supplier's implementation of the Contract against the Supplier's payment. Please refer to Contract Annex 2 and the Contract for further information.
The Corporate Transfer Act shall apply in connection with the conclusion of the contract and any costs associated with the transfer of undertakings shall be factored into the Offer.
The requirements specification, cf. Contract Annex 2 contains an elaborate description of the services offered.
The contract is offered for a 4-year or 6-year contract period, with the option to extend the contract term for 2 x 12 months. Thus, contracting entities want 2 side-ordered offers for a 4-year and 6-year contract period respectively (both with an option on extension up to 2 x 12 months). It is not a requirement that the bidder must make offers on either contract period.
The estimated total value excluding VAT indicated in point II.1.5) of DKK 15,600,000.00 is based on a 6-year contract period, the annual value being estimated at approximately DKK 2,600,000,00 excluding VAT, however, such that, for example, the scope of tasks relating to winter measures may vary widely over the years.
