1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer, multimedia and electronic equipment for the Vocational School Complex based on the project "Modernization of vocational education infrastructure in the Opole poviat" together with their transport, bringing, setting, connecting, configuring and starting up in places indicated by the Employer.

2. Employer in accordance with art. 36aa section 1 of the Act allows partial bids, divided into 6 parts, as specified in section II.2.

3. A detailed specification of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

4. Provision of technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract for a given part, training of personnel in the scope of operating equipment and software.

5. Providing quality guarantee.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) portable computer - 5 items,

2) multimedia projector - 4 pcs.,

3) multimedia set - 1 set,

4) TV set - 1 item,

5) multimedia set - 1 set,

6) interactive whiteboard with a short focus projector - 1 set,

7) desktop computer with software - 6 sets,

8) camera - 1 item

To the extent specified in part 1 of Annex 1a to the ToR, together with their transport, bringing, setting up, connecting, configuring and starting up in places indicated by the Employer,

9) staff training in the scope of operating hardware and software,

10) providing, together with the order, the instruction required in the Polish language or the software manual,

11) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract,

12) quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with the content of § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents,

13) remote technical support in the use of the provided software.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes:

a) a program for financial settlements,

b) a program for running a company,

c) a program for drawing up fertilization plans on the farm,

(d) a farm production management program.

Working in the Windows environment with the parameters specified for part 2 in Annex 1a to the ToR with their transport, bringing, setting up, connecting, configuring and starting up at the places indicated by the Employer in the scope specified in part 2 of Annex 1a to the ToR with their transport, bringing, setting, connecting, configuring and starting in places indicated by the Employer,

9) staff training in the scope of operating hardware and software,

10) providing, together with the order, the instruction required in the Polish language or the software manual,

11) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract,

12) quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with the content of § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents,

13) remote technical support in the use of the provided software.

The material scope includes:

1. engine models: internal combustion - 1 pc, electric - 1 pc;

2. software for learning traffic rules, whose material scope includes:

computer software:

- "Test questions for driving license category T - internal exam",

- "OSK internal exam",

- "e-Lectures cat. T",

- vehicle manuals, "Vehicle servicing and vehicle inspection and maintenance";

3. legal acts regarding traffic rules:

- "e-Road Law" computer program;

4. set of films:

- "Practical exam. T",

- "Warning signs",

- "Road accidents",

- "Road situations",

- "Pre-medical first aid in road accidents",

- "T-Traffic Practical Exam";

5. presentations on road traffic:

- traffic situation editor;

6. computer program with road signs, to work in a Windows environment with the parameters set out for part 3 in Annex 1a to the ToR, together with their transport, bringing, setting, connecting, configuring and starting in places indicated by the Employer;

9) staff training in the scope of operating hardware and software;

10) providing, together with the order, the instruction required in the Polish language or the software manual;

11) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract;

12) quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with the content of § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents;

13) remote technical support in the use of the provided software.

The material scope includes:

1. payment card reader - 1 item,

2. fiscal printer - 1 item,

3. telephone with fax - 1 item,

4. deposit safe - 1 item,

5. device for coding / programming cards / keys - 1 item with parameters specified for part 4 in Annex 1a to the ToR with their transport, bringing, setting, connecting, configuring and starting up in places indicated by the Employer,

9) staff training in the scope of operating hardware and software,

10) providing, together with the order, the instruction required in the Polish language or the software manual,

11) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract,

12) quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with the content of § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents,

13) remote technical support in the use of the provided software.

The material scope includes:

1. software for servicing guests in a hotel facility enabling comprehensive service for guests in a hotel facility, a multi-user license;

2. software for planning and billing gastronomic services - sales application part 1;

3. software for planning and billing gastronomic services - sales application part 2

to work in a Windows environment with the parameters set out in Part 5 in Annex 1a to the ToR with their transport, bringing, setting, connecting, configuring and starting up in the places indicated by the Employer;

5) staff training in the use of hardware and software;

6) providing, together with the order, the instruction required in the Polish language or the software manual;

7) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract;

8) quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with the content of § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents;

9) remote technical support in the use of the provided software.

The material scope includes:

1) hairstyles with the Photo version (photo import to the program) - version up to 11 computer workstations,

2) computer program for creating instructional graphics of hairstyle drawings,

3) a program for visualizing a frieze for work in a Windows environment with the parameters specified for part 6 in Annex 1a to the ToR with their transport, bringing, setting, connecting, configuring and starting up in places indicated by the Employer,

4) staff training in the scope of operating hardware and software,

5) providing, together with the order, the instruction required in the Polish language or the software manual,

6) providing technical and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract,

7) quality guarantee granted for a period consistent with the content of § 7 para. 1 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the equipment supplied and on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents,

8) remote technical support in the use of the supplied software.
