The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to entrust the selected holders (3 maximum, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and regular, appropriate and acceptable offers) with the reception and treatment services of residual household waste (OMR), resulting from door-to-door collections, grouping points and voluntary contribution points of Creuse communities that will become members of Evolis 23 for the treatment of household and similar waste from 01/01/2024.In particular, the treatment of any green, bulky, inert waste and recyclable material are excluded from this contract.
The contract is awarded according to the purchasing technique of the multi-successful framework agreement. This framework agreement will be concluded with several economic operators and implemented by issuing purchase orders as required. The number of holders shall be 3, subject to a sufficient number of candidates and regular, appropriate and acceptable tenders. The maximum quantity threshold is set at 14 800 T for the duration of the framework agreement. The Framework Agreement is concluded at unit price per tonne; Consequently, the estimate of this framework agreement cannot be communicated, in order not to undermine fair competition between economic operators for this consultation.
