Oslo University (UiO) is the country's largest and most traditional institution for higher education. UiO has a building stock of around 100 buildings at different sites in Oslo together with some locations outside Oslo.

UiO is constantly changing and there is often a need for changes and modifications to the premises to create the best possible physical conditions for UiO's activities. UiO intends to enter into framework agreements with suppliers to carry out project and construction management services in connection with the rebuilding and maintenance.
