The Royal United Hospital Bath NHS Trust is running an OJEU procurement exercise on behalf of Wiltshire CCG for the provision of Comprehensive Strategic Planning and Corporate Services. Wiltshire CCG is looking for a provider to deliver a comprehensive strategic planning function. The provider will work in partnership with the CCG under the direction of the Director of Planning, Performance and Corporate Services. Key outputs that will be provided include: The planning and delivery of the annual planning cycle, including assisting with the design and implementation of appropriate process, resulting in the drafting of an annual operational plan and a revised Strategy document when necessary Translation of the annual plan into an operating plan with milestones for each workstream and capacity mapping against the CCG resources (ie. matching allocation of staff and teams to workplan).Identification of SMART key performance indicators which, through effective links with Informatics teams, can demonstrate delivery of plans, and integration within the Performance Reporting mechanism. Relevant information developed and supplied to support the commissioning intentions and contract process Stakeholder engagement in development of any plans Contribution to the production of the Annual Report
